AERIE
Like the name suggests, this area is highly coveted for its lofty position on the mountain overlooking Old Town and Prospector. The many spacious and elegant residences that fill the neighborhood enjoy amazing views of Park City and its world-class ski resorts. DEER CREST

One of the more affordable areas in Park City, Prospector is within walking distance to three Park City schools (Park City High, Treasure Mountain and McPolin), has convenient access to the popular Rail Trail and is close to shops and restaurants in the North of Main district.
